At the start of April 2024 Claire, Hannah and Amy set off in the loaded van to the Town Hall in Hebden Bridge. They were going to install a month long exhibition showcasing some of Sand In Your Eyes most prominent projects.

Preparation for the exhibition had started some weeks before, with Amy putting together a rough plan of the number of images and sculptures we would be able to display at the town hall, as well as working out a system to actually hang the art works without them falling after some good advice from the events coordinator Ebony at the town hall.

After a very enthusiastic conversation her at the Sand In Your Eye studio, a short list was drawn up of the projects to be featured and so Amy set about locating and editing the images that would take pride of place in our home towns Town Hall.

During the install it was great to see peoples interest spark as we hung prints of projects we’re so proud to have completed.
