October, the time of all things spooky and orange! Our studio becomes a hive of activity, and we go all over to provide pumpkin fun for all who ask.
This October we had a particularly busy time with community events, we provided pumpkin carving workshops and live pumpkin carvings for several family friendly public engagement events.
Claire went to Blackburn and did a live carve whilst Rick and Graham led the free pumpkin carving workshops.

We were in Barnsley for three days where Peter created a different amazing live carve pumpkin each day: a cat, a spooky skeleton face with rat friend and a dragon looking like it was hatching from the pumpkin. We also had pumpkin carving workshops alongside the live cave.

We had a day of live pumpkin carving at both Brighouse with Liz carving and Claire carving in the Arndale at her beloved Manchester.

And we had very well received workshops for families at The Royal Albert Dock, Huddersfield and Milnrow Cricket club.
The workshops provide fun for all range of ages and abilities and our staff can teach some craving techniques to people, the Milnrow WI ladies who came to the Milnrow cricket club workshops had a great time learning from Jocasta how to do stencilled pumpkins.
