Live carves, trails and workshops to engage, excite and educate

Community Engagement Events

Building relationships & creating conversations

Draw a crowd at your public event with our live carves and workshops. Encourage visitors to explore and learn with our sculpture trails. Enhance your campaign with community involvement in your sand drawing and land art. We work nationally with local authorities, BID teams and event teams to create bespoke events to suit any theme and budget.

“Their integrity, reliability and commitment to each and every job makes them a trusted supplier with whom doing business is a pleasure. More recently as the climate emergency has developed, we are confident that when using Sand in Your Eye their values reflect our own to minimise the impact on the environment whilst still delivering exceptional quality. Their passion as a company to reach Net Zero, and to positively influence those around them, is as inspiring as the fantastic projects that they produce.”

Summer themed events & Workshops

We do like to be beside the seaside! Our sand sculptures and sand sculpture workshops are popular whether on the beach or in the middle of a town or even inside a shopping centre! We can offer all sorts of packages to suit your event and help you attract visitors and keep them having fun. From full scale sand sculpture trails running throughout the summer holidays – to pop up sculptures and workshops for a weekend festival, we’ve got something for you.

Halloween Events & Workshops

Halloween gets bigger every year, October half term sees families all over the country looking for things to do with the kids and we can help you bring them to your venue. We pioneered the pumpkin trail in the U.K. and our goofy 3D carved pumpkins can’t wait to hide around your town for people to find. Our professional pumpkin carvers will amaze onlookers with what they can do with a giant pumpkin and their pumpkin carving tools. Family pumpkin carving workshops let the little ones (and not so little ones) have a go themselves.

Festive Events & Workshops

Our festive ice sculpture packages will bring a touch of ice and snow to your Christmas event. Our ice sleighs are beautifully detailed and carved – families can sit in them and have their photo taken, maybe even with Father Christmas himself. Little kids may be drawing up their Christmas lists – our team of elves can help them write and decorate their letters and post them into an ice post box. Any of our Christmas themed ice sculptures can be carved live on location, or in our studio and delivered to you. These merry ice sculpting options are also great alongside our magical ice sculpture trails.

Sculpture trails

Ice carvings, sand sculpture, pumpkins and paper. Our sculpture trails encourage people to explore, interact and enquire. They are a great way of getting visitors in and getting them to stay! Suitable for any occasion or theme they can also help you address heavy hitting topics e.g. climate change in a fun, light and engaging way.

LIGHT ART & WORKSHOPS

Light painting photography is a sculpture that only the camera can see. Combining long exposure photography with wondrous results, our light art workshops are great for those with imagination and who believe in a bit of magic! Light art workshops are really fun, accessible and great for all ages and can be held indoors or outdoors. We show participants how to activate a space, draw shapes, write messages and the workshops can be moulded to fit your events theme if wanted.

LAND ART & WORKSHOPS

Field paintings splashed across a hillside really make an impact and can call out to communities to make a difference themselves – members of the public can even join in to help create the artwork and give it a personal touch by adding messages and drawing pictures inspired by the land art.
