We were delighted to join forces with Threshold Sports for a corporate team building event. The event took us to Mawgan Porth in Cornwall. It’s an incredibly beautiful part of the world with some of the friendliest people I have ever met! The team we would be sand drawing with were from the Nokia team, now part of Microsoft. Some had travelled from all over Europe.
When we arrived we checked out the beach and then off to our hotel for an early night. The day of the event, luck was on our side, the sun was shining, even though it was forecast of a little rain. We set up for the drawing and waited for the group to arrive. We gave them an introduction and the basic rules to sand drawing and off they went. The event was great, everyone was very enthusiastic and as they were creative, they came up with their own design.
As the drawing was so large, they had to work together and listen to each other to link the drawing and understand what each team was doing, as from the ground its hard to see what the overall design looks like. As you can see from the images it was a great success! We hope to do more events like this in the future as it was really good fun to be part of. Thank you to Threshold Sports and all the people who participated on the day!
